I will write down here own ROE this evening, in theory Spartan or Rookie are the people who are handling this but they have very busy now RL insures

 

I am not who say the final decision

If you want to fight versus own best pilots, I think we have to put other date, for example I am not going to be available the 4, rookie is getting married, and then he will go abroad for his honey moon, spartan is always in the line of be present or not...

 

Those 2 and me are the olders CR here, in theory the more experienced, we have other CR that normally don´t have problems of schedule.

 

I will has to Rookie when is going to be available, but I think that we are going to need more than a month.Or we can flight this sortie twice, the first one around the 11/06/12 and the next one with the most experienced CR like Rookie.

 

Now, ROE matter...

Here are my list, it must be validated by Spartan who could add more ROEs, but for the moment I am thinking this:

 

General ROEs

-One mandatory change is move the sa10 which is located to the west of the target to other position (a little bit to the east, to the nears town, bridge....), due the fact that in those place there are two SAM units (Sa10 & Sa2), in the same place, both radars could be killed by one HARM

-Add 3 SpecOps - Ak47 units on target

-Add an F16 alert 5 E111 squadron in a different airbase, not too close, not too far or the target

 

Your ROEs:

-Your only can carry 370 gal tanks and 300 gal tank (Mirage has not restrictions)

-Your team can play only with 46 Aim120 (Distribute them along your flights)

-Your team can play only with 33 Aim9m (Distribute them along your flights)

-Your team can play only with 10 Aim9x (Distribute them along your flights)

-Mica IR not allowed

-Sead is Forced to carry 2 Aim9 (each plane)

-Strike must destroy 2 different targets (not 2 runways), runways + buildings (2 runways + 1 bulding or 3 building or 10000 building, as you wish)

-Strike is not allow to carry 300 gal tank

-Strike must hit the target in a 10 minutes window - 5 minutes below or adobe the TOT - If not, if not, all the COMAO must ABORT and RTB

 

E111 ROEs

-My team can not carry 300 gal tank

-All planes must carry 2 Aim9

-My team can play only with 12 Aim9m

-My team can play only with 6 Aim9x

-My team can play only with 32 Aim120

-My team will have 2 F16 alert 5 that only will be authorized to take off when your TOT match with Falcon clock (For DEAD pilots) (No weapons or fuel restrictions - Avoiding the ammunition limit)

-My team can not trespass the flot line

 

 

As you can see, the difference of forces still there, but now the MC has to think a little...

why you want 2 F16 standing by?????

 

Moreover I think that there should be no limitation in fuel.... you can carry two fuel tanks or three....and the same for us....that will make the fight more difficult

 

Also maybe we must have equal numbers of AIM-120

 

Also moving the sam is no problem....

 

we can fly twice this mission (or another one) if you want

 

we can fly at 11 June and then someother time.....

 

what do you think of all the above?

Those 2 standing by planes are present to force you to RTB when your TOT + Window Time (5 minutes under and 5 minutes below the TOT), because those 2 F16 will takeoff when your TOT is up that give you a reason to RTB according the ROEs, I think is not funny kill all enemy planes and know that you have a eternal GRANSLAM to operate inside the enemy air space.

 

The only limitation of fuel tanks are for your strike, the rest of your commao can carry 3 fuel tanks, due the fact that the striker is not going to be in combat (normally), about my package is about fuel discipline, I don´t like that my pilot set afterburner forever until die.

 

Equal numbers of Aim120 is impossible because we are 8 planes plus 6 Aim120 per plane equal to 48 Aim120 and I want to improve the chance of have VWR combat, If you want take out some of your Aim120 it is fine for me

 

About fly the 11 june and other time, I dont know how many pilots are you, but I would like fly the 11 june with my ROEs with your modifications (no fuel restriction, same aim120 quantity..) and other time with this ROEs, if you are 30 active pilots it a way to all of them can have enjoy and experience, and the same thing for my recruits, the 11 june it could be cadets & CR 50-50% and the other day my team would try to get all CR available for the sortie

 

What do you thing about this last point?

4 x F16C B52+ CFT HAF Strike

4 x F16C B52+ HAF Sweep

4 x F16C B52+ HAF Escort

3 x F16C B52+ HAF Sead

3 x F16C B52+ HAF or Mirage Sweep

 

You have to understand we don't care who is going to win or not.....we want to fly in order to enjoy the experience and to have good time

 

We can fly under whatever ROE. The only important thing for us is to know where the opposites are

 

So make a mission and we can fly that.

Hello Anduril, let me introduce myself, I am Spartan, I am the Head of Operation in the squadron.

 

Next week I will provide you a time schedule for the FoF.

 

I would like to thank you your patience, we have a lot of new people and we are training them.

 

During the next week, I will give you a schedule proposal for the FoF and also a couple of collateral activities that we can perform together, for example a welcome flight with the participant of both sides and some harmonization topics among us.

 

I guess these activities shall improve the communication and participation among both squadrons, there is nothing to loose only win topics.

If you want to design a FOF then please count us for 14-18 pilots.... as we have a big squadron with more than 30 pilots

 

we can fly a 14-18 vs 8 in a commao vs cap formation....

we can make a COMAO when you want I am sure that at least 6 pilots are always ready to fight (anytime); but a FoF CAP of 6 pilots is too weak...

 

If you want a FoF (we as a CAP) tell us the day and we ask to our pilots.
